Do you have a phone?

Do you take walk ins?
Many times, we can take walk-ins, however, we typically operate by appointment. So basically, we can take walk-ins sometimes. We try our best to. There are times when we're booked and might not be able to accommodate you. You can save yourself the trouble and just book an appointment right now online, here, before you head down. If there are no spots available, you, unfortunately, won't be able to get a service. It's best to schedule ahead and make an appointment because that's how we do things and we are a very busy barbershop.
Do you cut kid's hair?
We offer a Kid's Cut. That service is for ages 16 and under. If you are scheduling for someone 16 and under, please select the Kid's Cut. You will notice it's the same price. Please note that not all barbers offer Kid's Cuts. Sam and Mr. Lee do great with kids, and come highly recommended. Also note, there have been kids that we've had to turn away because they're just not ready to sit calmly and get a haircut, so if we think it's going to be a problem, please respect our judgement.
How do I schedule an appointment for someone else? Or for my kids?
When you make an appointment for someone other than yourself, including your children, please use the actual name of the person getting the service, and not your own. This will make sure there is no unnecessary confusion when they get to the barbershop. And trust us, when you do it wrong, there's always confusion.
How can I make sure I get the best haircut possible?
Don't wear a hat to the barbershop. Come with clean hair styled how you wear it. Wear a t-shirt in for your appointment, especially for a hot shave with a straight razor.
What do I need to know before I get there?
You need to know the name of the barber you are coming to see. Who did you schedule the appointment with? When you get there, you'll probably be asked right away who you're coming to see. You need to know. Next, leave your sunglasses in the car. Leave your hats and coats in the car too if you can. We've developed quite the collection of hats, coats, and sunglasses over the years. We don't need any more.
What if I No Show?
You'll be charged full price for your service and you'll be required to pre-pay for future services. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so through the link in your email or text confirmation for your appointment. We have a very generous cancelation and change policy. No shows are a no go. If it becomes a problem, you won't be able to book in the future.
Do you take credit cards?
We accept all major credit cards, contactless forms of payment and cash. Of course, cash is prefered. Also, for shoe and boot shines, it's cash only.
Are you guys busy right now?
The best way to tell how busy we are at any moment, is to schedule your visit online by booking the next available appointment. That way you can see who, what, and when is available right now. Who knows how busy it will be when you get here?
Can I make an appointment?
Yes. Please do. Book online at any time, with the barber of your choice, at a time that's convenient for you. The only way to check availability and book is online on this website. Please don't reach out via Yelp or Google, or call our cell phones, because we are busy cutting hair and won't have time to see those notifications or answer our cell phones, and probably cannot respond in a timely manner. You will not be able to schedule an appointment using Yelp or Google. As a reminder, we don't have a phone in the shop.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes. WiFi is barbershopguest and password is barbershop.
Do you offer shoe and boot shining?
Yes and that's cash only. $8 for shoes and $10 for boots. 2 day service.
Can I bring my child under 10 years old to the barbershop if they're not getting a haircut?
No. Please don't. You'll be asked to reschedule. We don't want to babysit your kids when you're getting a haircut. Nobody in the shop wants to listen to what your kid is watching on the tablet or your phone. There are too many ways for things to go wrong in the barbershop when there's unsupervised kid's running around. You probably think it will be fine, but trust us, it won't. Too many problems. Too much antique furniture. Please don't do it.

"Doesn't matter why you're late, Jackson. If you are 15 minutes late, we won't have time to perform your service. We operate by appointment, and we don't think it's right to make every client after you 15 minutes late to get their service done. I personally expect each customer we have to be fully responsible and accountable for being on time for their appointment. Disrespecting a barber's (or anyone else's) time is a no go here at Cedar Park Barbershop. It's your responsibility to be on time. Sorry you couldn't do that and felt, somehow, that we were to blame for your lameness. Please find another shop to use, because your behavior doesn't fit in here. Sorry."
